2 year health guarantee for all puppies including:
- Heart defects (scale 4 or above)
- Organ dysfunction
- Genetic defect
- Life-threatening defect
- Canine Distemper
- Canine coronavirus
Your money will be 100% fully refundable if you decide to return the puppy.
In case of your puppy develops any untreatable life-threatening defect or death occurs by heart, organ, genetic defect, please send initial vet exams stating the cause of death and a picture of the puppy deceased. When making a claim, we require you to send us a copy of all of your initial vet exams and your permission to speak with your vet. Please note that canine distemper and canine coronavirus symptoms must be reported to us by your vet in the first 15 days of receiving your puppy (incubation period) to be eligible for the health guarantee .
We do not cover any treatable disorders or common disorders such as luxating patella, hernias, open fontanel, parasites, and blood sugar.
Please feed your puppy properly to prevent Hypoglycemia/low blood sugar.
We properly treat all puppies with Parasites however, parasites are not covered in our guarantee as they are common in all puppies and easily treatable.
We will gladly replace your puppy under reasonable circumstances however, we are not responsible for any vet bills.

Shipping Process
The Air cargo option will require your puppy to be picked up at the international airport closest to you. Although the flights can be arranged as multiple-stop flights, we do not recommend this way of shipping as it puts too much stress and fatigue on the puppy.
The Air cargo has space designated just for pets. Therefore, it is safe and comfortable (air-conditioned) for your new puppy. For many years, ” Bijou Teacup Puppies ” worked with Air cargo and we have never experienced any incidents. All puppies were delivered promptly.
When all payments are finalized, the flight will be booked. After booking the flight, an agent from cargo will contact you via telephone to confirm the flight. The agent will also inform you of the time and date of the arrival of your puppy.
The final step is to simply pick up your puppy from the closest airport.
On average, a customer will receive the puppy within 1 – 2 Days when the payment is finalized.
Once full payment has been made and the funds are available and confirm in our account, we will proceed with your puppy’s export papers process and flight booking, once that is the done we will get back to you with full flight details including a tracking number that will help you tract and see the delivery status of your new best friend.
